What do you need before the live workshop begins?

The first cohort will be intentionally demanding. These requirements protect the experience for everyone in the room.

Zoom software required

Install Zoom before the workshop. A paid Zoom subscription is not required.

Account setup details will arrive before the cohort.

Camera and microphone required

Plan to remain visible and participate throughout the session.

You must be willing to show your work when receiving help.

The practical details

Questions about live virtual training

01 Is this a recorded course?

No. This is live, instructor-led training. You will build during the session, ask questions, and get help while you work.

02 Do I need to keep my camera on?

Yes. This is an active cohort rather than a passive webinar. Participants are expected to keep their cameras on and be ready to share their work on screen.

03 What subscriptions will I need?

You will need the Zoom software and a Claude subscription. A paid Zoom subscription is not required. We will send exact setup instructions before the training so the live session can stay focused on building.

04 Do I need to complete another Caravan course first?

No prior Caravan course is required. The training is designed for knowledge workers and busy professionals—not software developers.

05 When is the first live workshop?

The first Caravan Live workshop is Wednesday, August 26, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. Seating will be intentionally limited.

06 Will seating be limited?

Yes. The cohort will stay intentionally small so trainers can see the work, answer questions, and help participants while they build.
