After the training
Training day is the starting point. Every person who takes the training gets ongoing access to weekly office hours and our private Slack community. There's no cutoff and no expiration.

Bring 2-3 specific challenges from your work. Good examples include a monthly report that takes hours, research tasks that pile up, or repetitive document work. The more real the challenge, the more valuable your training day will be.
In-person workshops run from 8:30am to 4:00pm Central at Innovation Depot in Birmingham. The day is hands-on: you'll build real systems around your own work with a trainer guiding you, not watch slides. When live online sessions are scheduled, they appear on the training schedule.
Yes. Technical people will learn how to prototype AI solutions, integrate Claude into existing systems, and build autonomous workflows that handle complex multi-step tasks.

Yes — a paid Claude subscription is required. The entry-level plan is sufficient for training.
Refunds are not available. If you can't attend, we'll issue a credit valid for 12 months toward any future Caravan training session.
Each session is led by either Austin Senseman or Brandon Stewart, two of Caravan's partners. Austin has been on stage every month since June 2023 communicating practical, accessible AI knowledge. Brandon is known as an expert practitioner of these tools — he uses them to run Caravan's own operations every day. Whichever partner leads your session, you'll learn from someone with deep technical understanding who makes complex concepts clear and actionable.
