What types of AI training does Caravan offer?

For Organizations

Hands-On Corporate AI Training & Support

We come to your office and build the training around your team's roles, your data, and your goals.

Why do companies invest in AI training?

Your company bought the tools, but nobody is really using them

You're paying for AI seats. Utilization is low. The people who log in don't know what to build. Training turns shelfware into working systems — built on your actual data, your actual workflows.

Employees are spending hours on work AI can handle in minutes

After spending years on chat interfaces like ChatGPT, many employees don't know what the latest tools are capable of and haven't delegated their work.

The company has an AI champion, but now you need a training partner

Your AI champion did the hard part: proving AI works for your business. We do the next part — turning one person's knowledge into the whole team's capability.

What your team walks away with

Working tools built for their specific roles

Not theory. Your people leave with automations, agents, and AI systems they'll use the next morning.

A custom curriculum built around your business

Your accountant trains on reconciliation, your marketing lead trains on campaigns. Everyone works on their own job.

Ongoing support after training day

Training is the start, not the finish. We stay with your team to make sure adoption grows and AI becomes part of how you work.

For Individuals

Public Training

Sign up as an individual and spend a full day building AI systems alongside other professionals.

Why do people sign up for AI workshops?

One structured day replaces months of trial and error

You've watched the demos, read the articles, maybe even tried building automations a few times. But you haven't built anything real.

You want to learn from what other industries are building

Small groups of professionals from construction, legal, healthcare, finance — you'll see use cases you never would have thought of from your own desk.

You want support that lasts longer than one day

Weekly office hours with trainers. An active Slack community of people building real things. You're not on your own after the workshop ends.

What do you learn at a Caravan AI workshop?

Working AI systems built around your role

You don't learn in the abstract. You build automations and agents that do your actual work.

The ability to become the AI champion at your company

Many of our attendees have gone on to help their companies adopt AI tools — leading internal trainings, building systems for their teams, and becoming the person others turn to.

A community that doesn't disappear

Office hours every week. A Slack channel full of people building real things. Trainers who answer your questions.

Who teaches Caravan's AI training?

Caravan is based in Birmingham, Alabama. In addition to teaching other teams how to use AI, we run an internal research department, testing models, methods, and tools before we ever bring them to a training room.

We're vendor-independent. No recommendation incentives, no platform deals. We review what's on the market and teach what works the best.

We've trained hundreds of professionals across dozens of industries including accounting, legal, healthcare, manufacturing, advertising and marketing agencies, financial services, and nonprofits.

FAQs

If you have questions that aren't covered here, email us (just don't spam us, please.)

Yes. We use business and enterprise plans from Anthropic and OpenAI that have clear, contractual commitments: your data is not used to train their models. This isn't a marketing claim — it's in the terms. We can walk you through the specifics on a call.

This is what we specialize in. Most of the people we train have never opened a terminal and don't know what an IDE is — and that's fine. It turns out that non-technical people are often better at working with AI because the interaction is more like a conversation than coding.

Those teach general concepts. We build things with your team using their actual work. Every person's training is customized to their role and your company's data. At the end of the day, they have working systems — not notes from a lecture.

We handle most of the prep. Before training day, we'll have a discovery conversation with your leadership about goals, workflows, and what institutional knowledge you want in the system. Everyone just needs to bring a laptop.

Absolutely. We keep sessions at 15 or fewer so everyone gets hands-on attention, but we run multiple sessions for larger teams. We add more technical guides to keep the ratio tight.

Your team keeps building on what they started. We're also developing an ongoing support service where we monitor how the tools are being used and help your team improve over time — think of it like fleet maintenance for your AI systems. Ask us about it.

Yes. Alongside our corporate training, we run full-day public workshops in Birmingham where individuals build real AI systems on their own challenges. See AI Training for Individuals for upcoming dates.
