Why do managers work with Caravan?

Four common reasons. Most calls start with one — and end with all four.

You're paying for AI licenses, but adoption hasn't shown up.

ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude for Business, Copilot — the seats are paid for and the bills come monthly. Most of your management team is still using the chat box. We turn the subscription into real adoption across the team.

You don't have internal trainers or an AI L&D function.

Your training team handles compliance and onboarding. Nobody on staff is qualified to teach AI at the depth your management team needs. We're the external partner that fills the gap your in-house L&D can't.

You want your team's ambition and results to rise.

The real outcome isn't a workshop — it's a team that ships more, thinks bigger, and stops being crushed by AI's pace. Confidence and competence are the lasting change.

We're one of the most experienced AI trainers in the market.

1,000+ professionals trained across 30+ companies, in nearly every industry. Private team workshops are the whole product, all day, every day. We've already done this hundreds of times.

How does the workshop work?

A Caravan workshop in session

1

We learn your business and goals

We talk to your leadership about workflows, bottlenecks, and where AI fits. We review your SOPs, institutional knowledge, and what's actually slow. Every attendee fills out a pre-workshop survey so we know who's been using AI for a year and who has never opened Claude.

2

We build a custom curriculum for every person

Different roles work on different things based on their actual jobs. The onboarding form captures each person's role and daily workflows, and we build their portion of the curriculum from that. Nobody sits through content that doesn't apply to their job.

3

Workshop day — hands on keyboards, real work

A lead trainer and technical guide work with your team in person or over video. Your team builds automations, agents, and AI systems using your company's own data. By afternoon, the room has moved from chatting with AI to delegating real work.

4

Ongoing support after the workshop

The workshop is the starting point. We offer ongoing support and weekly open office hours to keep the momentum going, monitor how the tools are being used, and make sure the systems keep working as your needs grow.

Why OHD picked Caravan over the alternatives

OHD makes the respirator fit testing instruments used by safety teams in 30+ countries. They could have figured AI out themselves. A couple of their technical people could have sat down with Claude, worked through tutorials, and run a workshop for the rest of the team a month later.

They didn't. Their leadership ran the math out loud: a team assigned to "figure AI out on the side" lands somewhere useful in six to nine months. A trainer who has done this across dozens of industries has already hit every wall the internal team is going to hit. They weren't willing to burn six months on a foundation they could get in a day.

Ten people. Leadership, operations, finance, sales, marketing, technical support, business systems. By afternoon, the room had moved from chatting with AI to delegating real work inside their real systems.

"The Caravan team understood our business needs, tailored the training to our audience, and unlocked the use of the Claude toolset that has significantly enhanced how every department interacts with the work we do every day."

What does your management team get from the workshop?

What your team walks away with — and what changes for the company in the weeks after.

A Caravan workshop attendee deep in their work

A confident team with less anxiety about AI

Power users and beginners leave with a shared vocabulary and a shared standard. The anxiety about being replaced turns into confidence about adding more value.

Working tools, not demos

Your team builds during the day using your company's own data — not contrived exercises. Workflows your team will open the next morning. Token usage on enterprise plans goes up sharply in the weeks that follow.

Senior staff stop being stuck on junior work

When AI handles lookups, categorization, and first-pass analysis, your senior staff spend their hours on review, judgment, and advisory work — the work they were hired to do.

A clear AI adoption plan for the team

Leadership walks away knowing where AI fits across the team's workflows, which connectors to enable, which guardrails to set, and how to keep the momentum going after the workshop.

Security & data privacy

Does your IT team need help?

We train your team on business and enterprise plans that contractually guarantee your data is never used to train AI models. Our team helps your IT leader learn the rules, set up the right security practices, and monitor usage going forward.

Your data is not trained on

Business and enterprise plans contractually guarantee your data stays private. We help you understand the rules and set up the right plans.

Your team learns responsible AI use

Employees leave understanding best practices for data handling, privacy settings, and your organization's AI policy.

We help you monitor and audit usage

We can help your organization monitor how AI tools are being used and flag issues before they become problems.

Questions managers ask before booking

These come up on almost every call. Good chance you're wondering the same things.

The workshop is built around tangible output — every participant brings a specific project from their job and builds something during the day, not theoretical knowledge. We've taken people with very little AI exposure to building automated standard operating procedures by lunchtime. ROI shows up the next morning, when those tools go into use.

It depends on the starting skill level in the room — which is why we research every participant before the day. Across the board: each person leaves with at least one working tool built around their actual job. Mixed-skill teams are common, and we structure the day so beginners walk out with confidence and advanced users walk out with depth.

Two inputs. First, our ACTIVE framework — AI, Context, Tools, Instructions, Verification, Enablement — which is the structure behind every Caravan workshop. Second, a pre-workshop research pass: every attendee fills out an onboarding form, and we research your company so we know each person's role, their daily work, and the specific workflows they want to delegate. Those two combine into a custom curriculum for your room.

Yes — that's the whole point of a private workshop. Different roles work on different things based on what they actually do. The onboarding form captures each person's role and daily workflows, and we build their portion of the curriculum from that.

Yes — cross-functional rooms are our specialty. Most workshops we run include leadership, operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer-facing teams in the same room. Every person gets a curriculum built around their actual job, and the cross-functional rollout is what makes the day compound — every department leaves understanding what every other department can now delegate to AI.

Yes — and it's a centerpiece of the day. The workshop covers Claude in Excel directly: explaining formulas with cell citations, identifying patterns in your data, building analysis, writing new formulas, verifying calculations. We also cover the pipeline from Excel into PowerPoint — data analysis to board-ready deck in minutes, not hours.

We train your team exclusively on business and enterprise plans that contractually guarantee your data is never used to train AI models. Part of the day is dedicated to walking your team through which plans, which settings, and which workflows keep your data private.

Not at all. Most of the people we train don't know what a terminal is, and that's fine. The interaction is conversational, not technical. Non-technical people are often better at it.

In-person, hands on keyboards from the start. The day typically runs 9am–4pm. Available as a single-day workshop or multi-day depending on your team's goals.

Yes to both. Same curriculum, delivered remotely for distributed teams — or hybrid with HQ in a room together and remote staff on video, same day, same outcomes.

Groups typically range from 8 to 25. For up to 15 participants, we send one trainer and one guide. For 15+, we add a second guide so every attendee gets the support they need. If you want to train more than 25, we can work it out.

Leadership teams, operations, marketing, finance, sales, customer-facing teams, and technical teams. Mixed-skill groups in the same workshop are common — we structure the day so it works for everyone in the room.

We handle the heavy lifting. Before the workshop, each attendee gets an onboarding form, an installation guide, and a setup video. IT support is built into the prep work — so your people show up ready and the day starts on time.

Yes. We offer post-workshop support — weekly open office hours, ongoing access, and a clear adoption plan — so teams can keep building after the workshop ends. Nobody is left alone with what they learned.

We run an internal research department that's constantly testing new tools and features. We deploy them ourselves first. When something adds real value, it goes into the curriculum. The ACTIVE framework itself is tool-agnostic — it applies to any AI tool — so the structure stays stable even as the specific tools evolve.

A few weeks is typical, though timing depends on your scheduling, setup needs, and preferred format. We'll tell you honestly when we can fit you in.

Bring Caravan to your management team.

On-site, on video, or hybrid. Custom curriculum, working tools, ongoing support. The first step is the same.
