We talk to your leadership about workflows, bottlenecks, and where AI fits. We review your SOPs, institutional knowledge, and what's actually slow. Every attendee fills out a pre-workshop survey so we know who's been using AI for a year and who has never opened Claude.

We build a custom curriculum for every person
Different roles work on different things based on their actual jobs. The onboarding form captures each person's role and daily workflows, and we build their portion of the curriculum from that. Nobody sits through content that doesn't apply to their job.

Workshop day — hands on keyboards, real work
A lead trainer and technical guide work with your team in person or over video. Your team builds automations, agents, and AI systems using your company's own data. By afternoon, the room has moved from chatting with AI to delegating real work.

The workshop is built around tangible output — every participant brings a specific project from their job and builds something during the day, not theoretical knowledge. Yes — and it's a centerpiece of the day. The workshop covers Claude in Excel directly: explaining formulas with cell citations, identifying patterns in your data, building analysis, writing new formulas, verifying calculations. We also cover the pipeline from Excel into PowerPoint — data analysis to board-ready deck in minutes, not hours.
