We're looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with our founding team across all parts of the business. This is a builder-generalist role for someone who wants to be in the room where decisions are made, own important projects end-to-end, and orchestrate both humans and AI agents to move the company forward. You'll be building systems, launching experiments, and helping shape our operating model as we grow.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and manage AI agents and workflows to support the business.
- Experiment with new tools to improve how we work and what we can offer clients.
- Help set and track company priorities and key metrics for the leadership team.
- Lead cross-functional projects that don’t neatly fit in any one function.
- Act as a utility player who can jump into any part of the business.
Who you are
- Builder & generalist: You like figuring things out, wearing multiple hats, and taking messy problems from idea to execution.
- AI-curious (or obsessed): You’re actively using tools like ChatGPT and Claude Code and are excited to go much deeper, especially in building agentic workflows.
- Direct & candid: You communicate clearly, give and receive feedback well, and are comfortable with healthy, productive conflict.
- Proactive & self-directed: You see what needs doing and run with it. You ask questions to get context, not permission for every step.
- Deeply curious: You ask “why” a lot and want to understand how the whole business works, not just your piece of it.
- Low-ego teammate: You’re happy to do high-leverage strategic work one hour and very tactical work the next.
Qualifications
There's no single “right” background, but you might have:
- Experience in high-initiative roles (starting something new, or taking initiative within an internship, team, or project).
- Demonstrated experience owning complex projects end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in your own work, formal or informal.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Comfort in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
